Everyone is invited to join us at Second Street Gallery on Thursday, April 2, 5:30-7:30PM, for a special VIP Exhibition Preview Party & Fundraiser to celebrate the opening of Fine Art + Flowers. A curated showcase of botanical paintings, this exhibition explores the stunning elegance and intricacies of local flora by celebrated Virginia-based artists. Featured artists include Karen Blair, Lee Christmas Halstead, Berkeley Hoerr, Krista Townsend, Priscilla Whitlock, Laura Wooten, and Cate West Zahl.

For this special preview event, the gallery will be transformed by spectacular floral installations created by local floral designers, and creative talents. These arrangements will echo and interpret the artworks on view, creating a beautiful dialogue between nature and art.

Event tickets are $40 for gallery members/$50 for non-members. Each ticket purchased includes one complimentary raffle ticket for the chance to win one of the floral arrangements (winner will pick up their arrangement Saturday, April 4, from 12-4PM).
