Teeny Tiny Trifecta 4

Second Street Gallery is pleased to present Teeny Tiny Trifecta 4, our fourth annual group exhibition and fundraiser. This exhibition kicks off our 48th exhibition season. All artwork will be priced at $100, so this is a great opportunity for collectors of all budgets to own a work of art by some of their favorite artists.
You can browse past works from the exhibition HERE. During the exhibition, attendees used a map of the exhibition wall, key with artist names, and invoice form to find their favorite works before coming to the gallery.
This year’s exhibition includes 124 artists, primarily from Virginia and the surrounding region, representing diverse styles, techniques, and mediums. Inspired by both Cabinets of Curiosities as well as the Paris Salons of the 19th Century, the exhibition aims to showcase a wide range of talented while providing an accessible introduction to contemporary art collecting. Each included artist will have three artworks on display, each measuring 9 x 9 inches or smaller, in a range of styles, techniques, and media. Submissions were open to all, with preference given to local Charlottesville or Virginia artists.
This year’s participants will have the opportunity to be nominated for two awards: The Audience Choice prize, accompanied by a monetary stipend, and The Curator’s Choice prize, accompanied by a monetary stipend and a solo exhibition in the Dové Gallery May 6-27, 2022. Public voting for the Audience Choice award will be available online and in the physical gallery space.
