Glass Ornament-Blowing Fundraiser Benefiting Second Street Gallery

Join us for one of our favorite seasonal traditions! Once again, master glassblower extraordinaire Charles (Chip) Hall of Raging Buffalo Glass is opening his studio for a special glass ornament-blowing workshop benefiting Second Street Gallery!

Get into the holiday spirit with a unique, hands-on experience as you create your very own blown-glass ornament. Choose your favorite colors and design, then go behind the scenes with Chip and the Raging Buffalo Glass team as they guide you through the fascinating process of transforming molten glass into a one-of-a-kind holiday keepsake.

Whether you're continuing a beloved annual tradition or trying glassblowing for the first time, this is a wonderful opportunity to get creative, make lasting memories, and support contemporary art in our community!

Best of all, 50% of the proceeds from appointments booked during these three days will be donated to Second Street Gallery, helping support our exhibitions, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives. The remaining 50% will support Charlottesville Glass, a new nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to glassblowing education in our community. By participating, you'll be supporting two local arts organizations with one creative experience!
